I didn't see the entire Kids Choice Awards, Unfortunately but I'm planning on watching it later the things I noticed. Willow Smith shaved her head then dyed it pink WHAT! her parents allowed her to do this how old is she 9 or 10 what kind of mess is that!
That bullet hat was hiding the baldness of her head! The Secret Celebrity was: JUSTIN BIEBER I wasn't fully surprised I thought It would have been someone such as Lady Gaga or Beyonce but it was Justin. Him and Will Smith were soaked in Slime.
